• 407 North Pleasant St a,  .91 acre property, which has been used as a rooming house, fraternity & sorority house.
  

Alpha Tauma Gamma, Inc. sold both abutting properties for a combined $850,000.   $25K goes to the Stockbridge School of Agriculture as a gift.
