As we approach the Pledge Formal, it is with great pleasure that I extend an invitation to you for our upcoming Corporation Meeting.
Please join us Saturday, March 1st for our annual meeting. Lunch will be served from 11:30-1pm. Attendance was low at the last meeting and we are wishful for a better turnout as there are important topics on the agenda.
Meeting Agenda:
- Yearly Elections (looking for new people to volunteer!)
- House shifting/sinking
- House improvements
- Financial Report
Active chapter discovered upon returning for the spring semester that the house has sunk on one side. Facing the house from the street - left side, side near Brigham Lane, and closer to corner of basement near deck. We still do not know the extent of the problem. Discussions will still take place on what to do moving forward.
